The Project Manager – AI Agents & Automation will lead the end-to-end delivery of AI and automation projects across multiple client accounts. You will serve as the central coordination point between internal teams (AI engineers, developers, operations, and product) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors, and partners).

Your mission: ensure every project is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals — while upholding PopAI’s standards of precision, communication, and innovation.

What You’ve Done

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, with exposure to AI, automation, or enterprise software implementation.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from planning through delivery.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, and project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Trello).
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical and operational teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Certification is a strong advantage.
• Experience working within the Philippine BPO or technology sector preferred.

• Exposure to AI agents, automation tools, or workflow platforms.

You’ll be leading product work for PopAI, with a strong focus on how the platform connects Agentic AI with ERP systems and supports smarter operations. The role includes managing a team of six made up of product managers and business analysts, guiding their work and helping them grow. We are hiring a hands-on, strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead PopAI’s financial strategy, governance, and growth enablement.
As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will own end-to-end financial operations — from FP&A, M&A execution, and capital structure optimization, to investor and lender readiness.

What You’ve Done

• 12+ years of progressive financial leadership, with at least 5 years in senior or executive finance roles.
  
• Strong background in BPO and technology sectors, with deep understanding of operational economics, cost control, and client pricing.
  
• Proven experience in M&A execution — leading diligence, valuation, deal negotiation, and post-close integration.
  
• Direct experience with or from one of the Big Four accounting firms (or their Philippine associates).
  
• CPA, CFA, or equivalent financial certification preferred.
  
• Strategic mindset combined with the ability to get hands-on in daily financial management.
  
• Excellent stakeholder communication and board-level presentation skills.

We’re hiring a hands-on Senior Legal Counsel to work across commercial contracts, corporate/M&A execution, and vendor/customer negotiations. You’ll be the internal “first call” on documents and diligence, partnering with external counsel where needed, and building the templates/playbooks that let us acquire and integrate multiple BPOs at pace.
