You’ll be leading product work for PopAI, with a strong focus on how the platform connects Agentic AI with ERP systems and supports smarter operations. The role includes managing a team of six made up of product managers and business analysts, guiding their work and helping them grow. You’ll also oversee project management for key initiatives, making sure timelines, deliverables, and cross-team coordination stay on track. Experience with generative AI is a plus.
What you’ll work on
• Lead and support a team of six (product managers and business analysts)
• Manage product and project execution from discovery through delivery
• Own the product roadmap and link it to customer needs and company priorities
• Turn customer problems into clear specs, flows, and user stories
• Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to ship features
• Lead discovery with customers who rely on ERP systems
• Define product metrics, review results, and adjust direction
• Look for opportunities where AI can improve the product
• Coordinate with sales, customer success, and marketing during launches
• Oversee project timelines, risks, and communication across teams
What you should bring
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in SaaS and enterprise products
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
• Experience managing a product team and running cross-team projects
• Ability to break down complex workflows into simple solutions
• Clear communication and strong collaboration skills
• Comfortable making decisions in fast-moving environments
• Bonus: experience with generative AI or building AI-driven features
