Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with client needs and PopAI’s strategic priorities.
- Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage execution against timelines and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues to maintain delivery discipline.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (technical, product, operations, and support) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Serve as the central point of contact for project updates, client communications, and status reporting.
- Manage dependencies across multiple workstreams and align technical milestones with business objectives.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Maintain clear, structured communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Host regular client meetings, demos, and milestone reviews to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
- Partner with clients during project handover to ensure adoption, user training, and ongoing success.
Risk Management & Quality Assurance
- Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and blockers early in the process; implement mitigation strategies.
- Oversee QA and testing phases to validate performance, functionality, and user experience.
- Ensure deliverables meet or exceed defined quality standards and contractual obligations.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Track project performance using key metrics (timeline adherence, budget variance, risk resolution).
- Conduct post-project reviews and identify lessons learned to improve future delivery frameworks.
- Contribute to refining PopAI’s project delivery methodology and automation project toolkit.

- Manage delivery of iterative AI and automation product implementations, including POCs, phased rollouts, and post-deployment optimization.
What you’ll work on

What you should bring
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in SaaS and enterprise products
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
• Experience managing a product team and running cross-team projects
• Ability to break down complex workflows into simple solutions
• Clear communication and strong collaboration skills
• Comfortable making decisions in fast-moving environments
• Bonus: experience with generative AI or building AI-driven features

Financial Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned to growth, profitability, and capital allocation priorities.
- Partner with the CEO and COO to translate business goals into financial roadmaps and investment models.
- Build scalable financial infrastructure — from reporting and forecasting to compliance and audit.
M&A, Corporate Development & Integration
- Lead all financial aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and integrations — from valuation and due diligence to synergy tracking and Day 1/100 execution.
- Support deal structuring, pricing models, and financial diligence for target acquisitions and partnerships.
- Collaborate with the Head of Integration and COO to ensure smooth operational and financial integration of acquired entities.
Governance, Compliance & Controls
- Oversee statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance in the Philippines and across global entities.
- Maintain robust internal controls, accounting accuracy, and audit readiness.
- Strengthen governance frameworks and financial discipline across all business units.
Financial Planning & Performance Management
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking to ensure precision in revenue, margin, and cash flow management.
- Implement frameworks for margin protection, cost optimization, and pricing strategy in BPO and SaaS environments.
- Deliver timely financial dashboards, board packs, and lender reports with clarity and accuracy.
Capital Markets & Investor Relations
- Partner with the CEO on fundraising, lender engagement, and investor updates.
- Manage capital structure, debt drawdowns, and liquidity strategy with clear covenant monitoring.
- Present financial narratives to external stakeholders with confidence and precision.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor the finance team, driving high performance, accountability, and cross-functional alignment.
- Foster a culture of ownership, analytical rigor, and proactive communication.
