The Project Manager – AI Agents & Automation will lead the end-to-end delivery of AI and automation projects across multiple client accounts. You will serve as the central coordination point between internal teams (AI engineers, developers, operations, and product) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors, and partners).
Your mission: ensure every project is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals — while upholding PopAI’s standards of precision, communication, and innovation.
What You’ve Done
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, with exposure to AI, automation, or enterprise software implementation.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from planning through delivery.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, and project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Trello).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical and operational teams.
- Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Certification is a strong advantage.
- Experience working within the Philippine BPO or technology sector preferred.

Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with client needs and PopAI’s strategic priorities.
- Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage execution against timelines and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues to maintain delivery discipline.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (technical, product, operations, and support) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Serve as the central point of contact for project updates, client communications, and status reporting.
- Manage dependencies across multiple workstreams and align technical milestones with business objectives.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Maintain clear, structured communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Host regular client meetings, demos, and milestone reviews to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
- Partner with clients during project handover to ensure adoption, user training, and ongoing success.
Risk Management & Quality Assurance
- Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and blockers early in the process; implement mitigation strategies.
- Oversee QA and testing phases to validate performance, functionality, and user experience.
- Ensure deliverables meet or exceed defined quality standards and contractual obligations.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Track project performance using key metrics (timeline adherence, budget variance, risk resolution).
- Conduct post-project reviews and identify lessons learned to improve future delivery frameworks.
- Contribute to refining PopAI’s project delivery methodology and automation project toolkit.
Project Plans and execution
- Manage delivery of iterative AI and automation product implementations, including POCs, phased rollouts, and post-deployment optimization.
