You will collaborate closely with the CEO, COO, and Board to steer the company through rapid expansion, acquisitions, and platform investments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Financial Strategy &amp; Leadership<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop and execute the company\u2019s financial strategy aligned to growth, profitability, and capital allocation priorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partner with the CEO and COO to translate business goals into financial roadmaps and investment models.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build scalable financial infrastructure \u2014 from reporting and forecasting to compliance and audit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>M&amp;A, Corporate Development &amp; Integration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead all financial aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and integrations \u2014 from valuation and due diligence to synergy tracking and Day 1\/100 execution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support deal structuring, pricing models, and financial diligence for target acquisitions and partnerships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with the Head of Integration and COO to ensure smooth operational and financial integration of acquired entities.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Governance, Compliance &amp; Controls<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance in the Philippines and across global entities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain robust internal controls, accounting accuracy, and audit readiness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strengthen governance frameworks and financial discipline across all business units.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Financial Planning &amp; Performance Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking to ensure precision in revenue, margin, and cash flow management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement frameworks for margin protection, cost optimization, and pricing strategy in BPO and SaaS environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deliver timely financial dashboards, board packs, and lender reports with clarity and accuracy.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Capital Markets &amp; Investor Relations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Partner with the CEO on fundraising, lender engagement, and investor updates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage capital structure, debt drawdowns, and liquidity strategy with clear covenant monitoring.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Present financial narratives to external stakeholders with confidence and precision.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Team Leadership &amp; Development<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lead and mentor the finance team, driving high performance, accountability, and cross-functional alignment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foster a culture of ownership, analytical rigor, and proactive communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The ideal candidate is both a financial architect and an operator \u2014 someone who can think strategically about growth and structure, while executing rigorously across forecasting, controls, and value creation.
