Client Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain clear, structured communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Host regular client meetings, demos, and milestone reviews to ensure satisfaction and alignment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partner with clients during project handover to ensure adoption, user training, and ongoing success.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Risk Management &amp; Quality Assurance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and blockers early in the process; implement mitigation strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee QA and testing phases to validate performance, functionality, and user experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure deliverables meet or exceed defined quality standards and contractual obligations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Reporting &amp;
